Job Summary
Drive revenue growth by exceeding daily, monthly, and yearly sales goals through effective strategies across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical trades. Oversee multi-trade sales efforts, review the dispatch board to assign resources, and manage comprehensive training programs with hands-on sessions for all staff. Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team while collaborating to develop new sales techniques and analyze local markets. Be available for nights, afterhours, weekends, and holidays as needed to support business operations. Maintain a valid driver's license with three years of driving experience.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience leading a sales team, or in successful sales leadership roles
- Proven ability to cultivate high-level relationships with key decision-makers
- Skilled in leading change management initiatives
- Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving capabilities
- Self-motivated and proactive with a drive for results
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with direct reports and across the organization
- Effective time management skills with a keen attention to detail, capable of handling competing priorities and deliverables
- Valid driver's license with a minimum of three years of driving experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite/Office
- Be available for nights, afterhours, weekends, and holidays as needed to support business operations and meet sales objectives
- This is an Exempt position
Desired Qualifications
- HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical industry knowledge and experience desirable
- Service Titan experience is highly desired
