Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years in the solar industry B2B, preferably module sales is desired
- Strong leadership and sales management skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and leverage data to make data-driven decisions
- Deep understanding of the US market trends, including regulatory and navigating its nuances
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong listening and response skills
- A courteous and customer-centric approach to your work
- Proactive attitude and ability to take initiative prospecting and seeking leads that translate to potential prospective clients
Desired Qualifications
- Fluency/conversational Chinese is a plus but not required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
