Job Summary
Manage and lead a French Account Executive SMB sales team, developing vertical-wide business and sales plans to achieve quota. Execute upgrade and renewal strategies while assessing forecasts to recommend improvements and coach AEs on prospecting, negotiations, and vertical market management. Contribute to complex new business negotiations and closing, ensuring consistent use of Salesforce and alignment with Rules of Engagement. Communicate field product and business needs to corporate departments and support team training and professional development. Operate in a fast-paced environment with hybrid work requirements of minimum two days in-office weekly.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of related experience
- BA/BS degree in a business or a technical related field of study
- Experience with software sales in both an individual contributor and management role
- Experience managing high performing software sales teams
- Fluent in French and English
- Access to an office location
- Minimum 2 days per week in-office expectation
