Job Summary
Sales Manager, SMB role focused on leading, coaching, and developing SMB Outbound Account Executive teams across North America; responsible for outbound sales strategy, ICP targeting, segmentation, and playbooks to support high-velocity growth; emphasizes pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, SPICED methodology adoption, and cross-functional collaboration to align territory planning, campaigns, and resource allocation; seeks a data-driven leader who builds scalable systems and has experience across diverse markets within SaaS.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10 years of SaaS experience
- 3+ years managing SMB or outbound sales teams
- experience leading outbound sales strategies
- strong SPICED methodology knowledge
- data-driven with pipeline health and forecasting experience
- ability to coach and develop teams
- experience working across multiple European markets or distributed NA regions (preferred)
- strong collaboration with Marketing, RevOps, Product, Customer Success, Growth, and Sales Leadership
