Job Summary
Sales Manager to pursue and achieve personal sales objectives for assigned products in the territory, develop and penetrate target markets, identify potential customers (including distributors), coordinate with customer services and logistics, support product promotions and trials, attract new customers, negotiate and close contracts, provide sales forecasts, and ensure market coverage. Requires BE / Diploma Civil Engineering with 5–8 years in Construction Chemicals; must know waterproofing, grouts, and sealants. Role emphasizes maintaining market intelligence, applying the sales process, and collaborating with product developers and service teams to meet sales targets.
Required Qualifications
