Job Summary
Sales Manager responsible for pursuing sales leads and achieving personal sales objectives with the product range in the assigned territory. Develops and penetrates target markets, identifies potential customers including distributors, coordinates with customer services/supply chain, supports product promotion and trials, negotiates and closes deals, provides sales forecasts, and ensures market coverage and safe operations. Oversees identifying customer requirements, appointing distributors/appliers, and maintaining updated market intelligence to meet or exceed sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in sales within chemicals or building/materials sectors preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Ability to identify and develop distributors and customers
- Strong negotiation and contract closure skills
- Coordination with customer service and supply chain
- Market intelligence gathering and competitor analysis
- Ability to provide sales forecasts and strategic planning
- Compliance with safety and driving protocols
