Sales Manager

Manage the sales team by setting quarterly targets, conducting weekly one-on-ones, and analyzing performance metrics to drive revenue growth. Oversee the full sales lifecycle from lead generation through closing deals, while coordinating with marketing to refine outreach strategies. Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring consistent pipeline health and timely deal progression. This role reports to the VP of Sales and includes a rotating on-call schedule for client support. Full sponsorship is available for candidates requiring relocation to the New York office.
