Job Summary
Sales Manager to lead and develop the Security & Technology sales team, owning the performance of Account Executives and Technical Account Managers, coaching, recruiting, onboarding, and ramping new talent; drive consistent annual revenue growth, maintain 3x pipeline coverage, influence pricing and proposals, expand revenue through existing relationships, and collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to align sales efforts. Requires proven leadership of quota-carrying tech/security sales teams, strong coaching through full sales cycle, CRM discipline, forecasting accuracy, and excellent interpersonal/communication skills. Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, ConnectWise) and experience in security integration or managed IT is a plus.
