Sales Manager

Hire new sales officers, train team members, and create KPIs to monitor performance. Collaborate with marketing and upper management to ensure consistent sales pitch delivery while attaining monthly growth targets. Develop strong customer relations by understanding client needs, produce strategic business plans, and identify emerging markets and competitor shifts. Present sales, expenses, and revenue reports to management, accept client feedback to improve procedures, and manage budgets for travel and presentation costs. Assist employees in generating leads and closing agreements on the ground, then create and implement new sales initiatives to increase revenue. Must be native in Thai and fluent in Mandarin or English with strong communication skills.
