Job Summary

The Sales Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities in international railway markets for HaslerRail RailData products, supporting Sales Managers and promoting products through presentations and customer engagement. Responsibilities include managing customer accounts to ensure satisfaction, collaborating with teams for product enhancements, maintaining CRM for opportunity tracking, preparing proposals, and attending industry events. Required qualifications include a technical degree advantage, proven sales experience in the railway industry or similar sectors, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.

Required Qualifications

  • Technical degree in Engineering and/or Data Science would be advantageous
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed (expected 30% on average)

Desired Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales and business development within the railway industry or similar sectors
  • Proven experience in sales and business development of cloud-based software solutions
  • Strong understanding of global railway markets, technologies, and regulatory environments
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • English native speaker or at least C1
  • Italian, Spanish or other languages are a plus
