Job Summary
Develops and leads a well-trained sales staff to meet or exceed sales quotas, increase market share and customer base; provide initial and ongoing sales instruction to Sales Counselors; manage aftercare processes; analyze market share and competitor pricing; plan and participate in community events to heighten awareness; maintain compliance with HMIS and relevant regulations; ensure marketing materials, training manuals, and sales equipment are current; oversee discount approvals and ensuring adherence to company policies; maintain professional sales rooms and offices; ensure licensure and Code of Conduct compliance; generate reports demonstrating financial controls and performance; support operations with budgeting for incentives, awards, and sales programs; coordinate CRM and MS Office usage as part of daily activities.
Required Qualifications
- Sales Management experience of 3-5 years required
- Sales Counselor and sales supervisory experience preferred
- Licenses: Valid state/province driver’s license with good driving record
- Insurance license as required by state/province law and as prescribed by each state board
