Job Summary
Execute a sales strategy to provide solutions and grow business, train and coach Sales Engineers, lead pricing and strategy decisions, understand customer requirements, maintain knowledge of SEL products, support regional leadership in sales forecasting, analyze and report on industry trends, drive sales planning processes, and improve business tools. Qualifications include a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, 10+ years in sales, proven sales growth, travel ability, communication skills, team collaboration, and fluency in Mandarin.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- 10 or more years of experience in sales of power systems equipment
- Demonstrated success growing sales within a territory
- Strong knowledge of industry practices
- Ability to travel
- Effective and engaging communication skills
- Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
- Fluent in local language and business practices
- Fluent in Mandarin
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related discipline
- Experience using SEL products
- Utility and Industrial industry experience
- Leadership experience
