Job Summary
As a Sales Manager, you will develop strong customer and sales channel partnerships in the utility and industrial sectors while delivering innovative products and turnkey solutions in the Georgian and surrounding country markets. Responsibilities include managing relationships with customers, understanding their requirements, developing strategic market plans, interpreting specifications and technical drawings, and maintaining quarterly sales forecasts. You will also analyze industry trends and work collaboratively to resolve customer feedback and product issues. Successful candidates should possess technical sales experience, strong communication skills in English and Russian, and the ability to travel up to 50%.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience in technical sales
- 6 or more years of experience in an electrical engineering or technical sales environment
- Demonstrated success working in a customer-facing role and key contacts in industrial power sectors
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Effective and engaging communication skills in both English and Russian (Georgian preferred)
- Excellent negotiation skills to manage client expectations, align on terms and secure contracts that meet both customer and SEL objectives
- Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related discipline
- Experience using SEL products
