Job Summary
The Sales Manager will execute a sales strategy focused on high value solutions and business growth. Responsibilities include providing training and leadership for Sales Engineers, leading pricing and commercial strategy decisions, and understanding customer requirements to deliver optimal solutions. The role involves analyzing industry and customer trends, driving account and regional sales planning, and engaging with customers at executive levels. Required qualifications include a B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, 10+ years of relevant sales experience, and fluency in Mandarin. Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree, experience with SEL products, and leadership experience.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience in technical sales
- 10 or more years of experience in sales of power systems equipment
- Demonstrated success growing sales within a territory and teaching others within the organization to be successful
- Strong knowledge of industry practices
- Ability to travel
- Effective and engaging communication skills
- Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
- Fluent in local language and business practices (Fluent Mandarin is required for this position)
Desired Qualifications

- Utility and Industrial industry experience
