Job Summary
Lead and coach a senior sales team to scale and evolve the Growth & Mid-Market 2 (GMM2) sales program across NAMER, owning coaching, performance enablement, and revenue growth. Drive ROI for customers through consultative sales motions, reinforce pipeline discipline and OKRs, and translate strategic priorities into scalable programs. Hire, develop, and empower Account Executives, manage program leadership and market execution, and collaborate with Global Sales Leadership, Operations, Enablement, Marketing, and Insights to deliver long-term value.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of sales experience
- experience in Advertising, Marketing Technology, or SaaS
- fluency in written and spoken English
