Job Summary
Lead the sales team in setting and executing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue and margin targets. Foster a culture aligned with US Lumber's values while proactively engaging customers to identify new business opportunities and build long-term partnerships. Manage the sales budget, analyze sales data, and recruit top talent to fill knowledge gaps within the team. Work with the Branch Manager to implement effective price strategies and ensure world-class customer service throughout the assigned market.
Required Qualifications
- Prior sales experience
- Prior management experience
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Desired Qualifications
- 4+ years of building materials distribution experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree: previous experience will be considered
- Proficiency in COGNOS and Agility software preferred
