Job Summary
Lead, mentor, and develop a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets while driving revenue growth and market expansion in Riyadh. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, forecasting, and pipeline management to ensure accountability, then prepare and present strategic recommendations to senior management. Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and retention, customizing approaches based on market conditions and competitor activities. Oversee onboarding and training for new team members and collaborate with cross-functional departments to align initiatives with broader organizational objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Saudi nationality
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales management experience in a corporate environment
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop talent
- Proficiency in developing and executing sales strategies and business plans
- Advanced proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and sales software
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and manage key accounts
- Experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and P&L responsibility
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities with a results-oriented mindset
