Job Summary
Sales Manager responsible for managing sales of CMPC Forest Products NA manufactured products across assigned accounts in the U.S. market. Functions include acting as liaison between customers, CMPC Forest Products NA and Chile HQ, serving as primary customer contact, drafting sales plans and presentations, building long-term business relationships, managing orders, shipping schedules, and customer data Interchange, solving issues (shipping, billing, quality, profile differences), understanding product lines, developing marketing tools and supporting business initiatives. Requires strong negotiation, customer service orientation, ability to travel, ERP/MS Office familiarity, and capability to work independently with attention to detail and big-picture thinking.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or advanced degree in supply chain management, logistics, business management, or similar field
- 3+ Years of relevant work experience
- Ability to travel
