Job Summary
Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new Roofing Consultants while providing hands-on field training, ride-alongs, and ongoing coaching to develop team confidence and sales proficiency. Lead and motivate sales professionals through regular meetings, one-on-one sessions, and performance reviews, monitoring pipeline and production to ensure goals are met. Support representatives during inspections and customer meetings, resolving concerns and removing obstacles to protect the customer experience. Collaborate with operations and administrative teams to ensure projects move smoothly from contract through completion, establishing consistent sales processes and best practices. Act as a communication bridge between leadership and the team to maintain alignment and accountability.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of roofing industry sales experience or 1-3 years of sales management experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Experience leading, mentoring, or coaching sales professionals
- Strong understanding of residential roofing sales, inspections, insurance restoration, or related home service sales environments
- Ability to develop new sales representatives through structured coaching and field training
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-service mindset
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned market
