Job Summary
Sales Manager responsible for driving home loan and LAP channel sales through direct and DSA channels, managing relationships with builders, connectors, and clients to maximize approved APF project penetration, overseeing end-to-end file processing from login to disbursement with Operations and Credit, and leading a team of Relationship Managers to achieve sales targets. Key activities include optimizing team productivity, coordinating on-ground lead generation, aligning growth strategies with market trends, ensuring compliance with NHB regulations, and providing feedback to product/policy teams to stay ahead in the market. Strong emphasis on developing and maintaining client relationships for repeat business or referrals, and expanding the company’s customer base through cross-selling and strategic partnerships.
