Job Summary
Dealership Sales Manager responsible for driving business development and sales for COCO within the Eicher Truck & Bus Sales and Aftermarket portfolio. Leads planning, execution, and relationship management with customers and financiers to meet defined sales targets in the COCO area, supervises a team (20 reportees) and coordinates with cross-functional stakeholders to showcase product features and benefits, negotiate terms of sale, and ensure customer satisfaction. Focuses on market development, competitive analysis, value proposition discussions, and expanding market share through effective account management and collaboration with financiers. Requires MBA/Commerce/Engineering background and 8-12 years of experience in commercial vehicles or related capital equipment, with strong business planning, people management, and sales execution skills.
