Job Summary
Dealership Sales Manager responsible for business development and sales for COCO, monitoring competitor activity, planning market development, maintaining customer relationships and financing ties, and achieving sales targets within the established business strategy. Manages 20 reportees and oversees end-to-end sales processes for Eicher Truck, Bus Sales and Aftermarket, including prospecting, product feature-benefit articulation, terms of sale, and coordination with financiers. Experience in commercial vehicles, mining and coal transportation, and strong emphasis on customer engagement, market analysis, and pricing strategy to expand market share. Leads budgeting and business planning for the branch, and develops team competencies through training and personal development plans.
