Sales Manager - Retail Business

Dealership Sales Manager responsible for leading sales efforts for COCO within the Eicher Volvo Eicher Truck Bus portfolio. Drive business development and sales, monitor competitors, plan extensive market development, maintain customer relationships and financing arrangements, and achieve defined sales targets in the assigned area. Manages a team (~20 reportees) and coordinates with finance, manufacturers, and customers to expand market share, optimize pricing, and deliver complete product solutions. Focus areas include mining and coal transportation segments, aftermarket activities, and delivering value through feature-benefit demonstrations and effective account management.
