Job Summary
Coordinate sales distribution by establishing territories, quotas, and goals, while assigning staff and maintaining contact with top 20 customers. Lead daily sales forecasts, manage major bids, and estimate projects including cost and service analysis. Provide oversight to dispatch and quality control teams, ensure DOT, MSHA, OSHA, and EPA compliance, and troubleshoot production or material issues. Develop product direction through surveys and customer interaction, create sales literature, and deliver training curricula. Work Monday through Friday with rare Saturday coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent preferred
- 5 years sales and marketing management in concrete industry
- Ability to provide and maintain proper licensure, medical card and acceptable driving record
- Typical schedule is Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with a very rare Saturday
