Sales Manager - Process Gas

Job Summary
Lead process gas sales by identifying new and managing existing end-user and process licensor opportunities across Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Power Generation, and Carbon Capture sectors. Actively call on target accounts to influence specifications and secure Aerzen as a preferred vendor, while presenting the company's blower and compressor value proposition to key decision-makers. Collaborate with the business development team to execute sales strategy, prepare forecasts and proposals, and utilize CRM systems to maintain an active sales funnel. Work closely with clients during the design phase to demonstrate technical aptitude and ensure Aerzen technology is included in applications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors' degree
- Minimum of 5 (five) years of experience in Sales
- Must be able and willing to travel up to 50% of the time for business
- Applicants being considered for hire must pass a drug test before beginning work
- Employer participates in E-Verify and requires confirmation of authorization to work in the U.S.
Desired Qualifications
- Area of Study: Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
- Experience in the area of rotating equipment and/or packaged systems related to process gas, refinery, oil&gas, chemical, Petrochem, power gen, and related applications
- Proficient in MS Office programs
- previous experience with enterprise-wide software systems and/or customer relations management software
- Use of quoting software
- Ability to read drawings, P&IDs, wiring diagrams, logic diagrams, and other engineering documents
- Strong communication skills – professional speaking and writing styles
- Root cause analysis skills – critical thinking ability
- Proven experience with prospecting, qualifying, and closing high-dollar contracts
