Job Summary
Sales Manager - Proactive role based in Chiang Mai. Responsible for applying sales techniques to maximize revenue and guest loyalty, including up-selling and processing Marriott Rewards reservations. Supports Sales & Marketing through administrative tasks, staff training and motivation, and ensuring adherence to brand standards and company policies. Manages guest interactions, reservation processing (phone, fax, mail), and general office duties; aims to enhance guest satisfaction, maintain confidentiality, and protect company assets. Requires strong communication, teamwork, and supervisory capabilities with at least 2 years of related experience; high school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
