Job Summary

Sales Manager to lead and drive the personal loan sales team at Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. Responsible for managing a high-performing sales team, achieving sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service. Required Qualifications

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing sales teams
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes as required
  • Fluency in English and Hindi
