Job Summary
Manage and mentor a team of sales executives, providing regular performance feedback and coaching to ensure they meet and exceed personal loan sales targets. Develop and execute sales strategies by analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities. Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients while ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. Monitor team performance, collaborate with marketing and operations, and prepare sales reports for senior management. Conduct regular team meetings to address challenges and stay updated on industry developments through required training. Fluency in English and Hindi is required, along with proficiency in CRM systems and the ability to travel for business purposes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role
