Job Summary
Lead and mentor a sales team to drive personal loan sales, develop and execute sales strategies, analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring compliance with bank policies. Role requires presenting sales reports to senior management, collaborating with Marketing and Operations, and staying updated on industry developments. Requires Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in sales management, proficiency with CRM and sales analytics tools, travel as needed, and fluent English/Hindi.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing sales teams
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to travel for business purposes as required
- Fluency in English and Hindi, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
