Sales Manager

Lead and develop a high-performing team of Residential and Trade Sales Consultants by coaching, mentoring, and spending over 50% of time in the field to reinforce effective selling behaviors. Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent while conducting performance evaluations and driving market share growth through strategic business development and partnership building with builders, contractors, and architects. Represent Pella at trade events and association meetings to strengthen industry relationships, ensure accurate quoting and ordering, and resolve escalated customer concerns. Collaborate with Operations, Service, and Finance teams to support project execution and achieve revenue, profitability, and contribution margin goals. Monitor performance metrics, communicate progress to leadership, and coach teams on value-based selling and strategic pricing. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 3-5+ years of sales leadership experience, and valid driver's license. Regular local travel throughout the Portland metro area is required.
