Job Summary
Sales Manager to lead, coach, and scale a high-performing B2B sales team (SDRs/BDRs/AEs) across LATAM, driving pipeline, forecasting accuracy, and revenue growth. Responsibilities include team leadership and performance management, regular coaching and development, refining sales processes and playbooks, pipeline management and forecast accuracy using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce), hiring and onboarding new reps, aligning with marketing on lead quality and messaging, maintaining CRM hygiene, and delivering data-driven insights to leadership. The role emphasizes ownership of targets, KPIs, and overall sales outcomes with remote work flexibility in Colombia, Brazil, Costa Rica, and Mexico.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in Sales management
- Proven track record of hitting revenue targets
- Experience with HubSpot / Salesforce
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
