Sales Manager (Part Time)

As a Part Time Sales Manager, you will be the first face of the Carter’s brand for growing families. You’ll welcome customers, lead a store team, coach on product styles and benefits, drive an omni-channel experience, and execute a defined business focus area. The role emphasizes leadership, inclusive environment, customer service excellence, team development, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining store standards. You will perform Leader on Duty responsibilities, foster brand loyalty through customer programs, and support asset protection and store operations while supporting overall growth and development within Carter’s families.
