Job Summary
As a Part Time Sales Manager at Carter’s in Tukwila, WA, you will be the first face of the brand for growing families, welcoming customers and guiding them through product styles, features, and benefits. You will lead and coach the store team, model exceptional service standards, drive omni-channel experiences, manage an assigned business focus area, assume Leader on Duty responsibilities, protect assets, and foster an inclusive, positive environment. You’ll build customer loyalty, utilize feedback to identify opportunities, and support development and training to help the team grow while balancing personal and store objectives.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in retail sales or customer service
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand for long periods
- Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficient computer and technology skills (Outlook, Excel, Web navigation)
