Job Summary
As a Part Time Sales Manager, you will be the first face of the Carter’s brand for growing families, welcoming customers, and helping navigate product styles and benefits. You’ll lead and coach store teammates, model service standards and an omni-channel experience, and execute a defined business focus area with planning and follow-through. You’ll perform Leader on Duty responsibilities, respond to customer concerns with timely resolution, and use customer feedback to drive opportunities and results. You’ll build customer loyalty through sponsored programs (e.g., credit) and support Asset Protection through consistent service, safety, and operational controls. Required qualities include a positive, solutions-oriented mindset, professional communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and the ability to lift 40 pounds and stand for long periods. A high school diploma or GED is required. This role supports a part-time schedule with varying days/nights/weekends, and Carter’s promotes a diverse, inclusive environment.
