Sales Manager (Part Time)

Part-time Sales Manager responsible for being the first face of the Carter’s brand, welcoming customers, and coaching team members to deliver expert product knowledge and exceptional service. Lead and execute a business focus area, act as Leader on Duty, drive omni-channel experiences, and foster an inclusive, positive environment for employees and customers. Maintain brand standards, leverage customer feedback, build loyalty through company programs, and support asset protection and store operations. Must be able to lift 40 pounds, stand/walk for extended periods, and provide availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
