Job Summary
As a Part Time Sales Manager at Carter’s, you are the first face of the brand for growing families, welcoming customers and guiding them through product styles and benefits. You will lead by example, foster an inclusive environment for employees and customers, coach team members to meet service standards and omni-channel expectations, and execute a defined business focus area with planning and follow-through. You’ll perform Leader on Duty responsibilities, respond to customer concerns promptly, build customer loyalty through brand programs, provide timely feedback to the store team, and support Asset Protection with safety and operational controls. The role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, leadership, product knowledge, and a customer-centric mindset. A high school diploma or GED is expected, and availability may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
