Sales Manager (Part Time)

As a Part Time Sales Manager, you will become a product and brand expert for Carter’s, welcoming customers and assisting with our baby and children’s apparel lines. You will lead and coach team members to maintain a positive, inclusive store environment, model exceptional service standards, and drive results through an assigned business focus area. You’ll perform Leader on Duty responsibilities, respond to customer concerns promptly, leverage customer feedback to identify opportunities, and build customer loyalty through company programs and omni-channel experiences. You will work to develop skills and growth within the team while ensuring operational controls and asset protection. Key duties include guiding staff on product features and benefits, maintaining a customer-focused sales floor, and executing the store’s service standards with professionalism and adaptability.
