Sales Manager (Part Time)

As a Part Time Sales Manager at Carter’s in Raritan, NJ, you’ll be the first face of the brand for growing families, welcoming customers and leading a store team through product knowledge, brand storytelling, and exceptional service. You’ll coach and develop staff on styles, features, and benefits; drive store performance through planned business focus areas; model service standards across in-store and omni-channel experiences; handle Leader on Duty responsibilities, resolve customer concerns promptly, and protect assets and store safety. You’ll leverage feedback to identify opportunities for improvement, build customer loyalty through programs, and foster an inclusive, results-driven environment while balancing personal and store priorities. You should possess strong communication, multitasking, and computer skills, and a high school diploma or GED. Availability to cover shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required.
