Sales Manager (Part Time)

As a Part Time Sales Manager, you’re the first face families meet, leading with warmth and product knowledge to help navigate from preemie to size 14. You’ll welcome customers, coach a team to deliver an omni-channel experience, and lead a focused business area with planning and follow-through. You’ll foster an inclusive environment, model service standards, and address customer concerns with timely, appropriate resolutions. The role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and the ability to manage daily store operations, asset protection, and associate development. You may lift up to 40 pounds and must be available for days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Additional responsibilities include driving customer loyalty programs, providing feedback to improve performance, and supporting store leadership in achieving store goals.
