Job Summary
Welcome customers with a warm greeting, act as the first face of the brand by introducing new baby essentials, and model service standards while coaching the team. Lead an assigned business focus area through detailed planning, execute Leader on Duty supervisor responsibilities, and utilize customer feedback to drive results. Maintain a genuine customer focus, foster an inclusive environment, and support asset protection through consistent safety awareness and operational controls. Provide timely resolution to customer concerns and raise performance concerns to the Store Manager. This part-time role requires availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with a weekly rate of $18.25 to $22.25 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED
- You can: Lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- You can: Stand or walk for extended periods of time; climb up and down a ladder
- Provide availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
