Sales Manager (Part Time)

As a Part Time Sales Manager for Carter’s, you will be the first face of the brand for growing families, welcoming customers and coaching a team to deliver an omni-channel customer experience. You’ll become a product and brand expert, helping families navigate product styles, features, and benefits while fostering a warm, inclusive environment. You will lead and execute a defined business focus area, perform Leader on Duty responsibilities, coach staff on service standards, build customer loyalty, and utilize customer feedback to drive improvements. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Web navigation), and a high school diploma or GED is required. Demonstrated leadership in retail with a solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to manage the sales floor while supporting store operations is preferred.
