Job Summary
Conduct product and brand expert training to help families navigate every moment from preemie to size 14. Welcome customers with a warm greeting, provide assistance with product styles and benefits, and consistently model service standards while coaching the team. Lead on duty supervisor responsibilities by driving results, responding to customer concerns, and utilizing feedback to identify opportunities. Maintain a genuine customer focus, foster an inclusive environment, and support asset protection through safety awareness and operational controls. Perform consistent, in-the-moment feedback to the store team and raise performance concerns to the Store Manager. Recognize exceptional performance through positive reinforcement and appreciation.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED
- You can: Lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- You can: Stand or walk for extended periods of time; climb up and down a ladder
- Provide availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
