Job Summary
Welcome customers with a warm greeting, model service standards, and provide assistance with product styles and benefits. Lead and execute an assigned business focus area through planning, drive results by responding to customer concerns, and perform Leader on Duty supervisor responsibilities. Utilize customer feedback to identify opportunities, build loyalty through sponsored programs, and provide consistent feedback to the store team. Support asset protection through safety awareness and operational controls while fostering a positive, inclusive environment. This part-time role requires availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED
- You can: Lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- You can: Stand or walk for extended periods of time; climb up and down a ladder
- Provide availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
