Job Summary
Greet customers with a warm welcome and act as the first face of the brand, introducing new baby essentials and helping families navigate every moment from preemie to size 14. Become a product and brand expert to assist with styles, features, and benefits while maintaining a genuine customer focus on the sales floor. Lead and execute an assigned business focus area through detailed planning, drive results by responding to customer concerns, and utilize feedback to identify opportunities. Perform Leader on Duty supervisor responsibilities, including coaching the team, raising performance concerns, and supporting asset protection through consistent safety and operational controls.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED
- You can: Lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- You can: Stand or walk for extended periods of time; climb up and down a ladder
- Provide availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
