Job Summary
Welcome customers with a warm greeting, provide assistance with product styles and benefits, and model service standards while coaching the team. Lead an assigned business focus area through detailed planning, execute Leader on Duty supervisor responsibilities, and respond to customer concerns with appropriate resolution. Utilize feedback to identify opportunities, build loyalty through sponsored programs, and raise performance concerns to the Store Manager. Support asset protection through consistent safety awareness and operational controls. Maintain a genuine customer focus while fostering a positive, inclusive environment. Requires availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED
- You can: Lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- You can: Stand or walk for extended periods of time
- You can: Climb up and down a ladder
- Provide availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
