Job Summary
Greet customers with a warm welcome and act as the brand expert for families navigating every moment from preemie to size 14. Provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits while maintaining a genuine customer focus on the sales floor. Lead and execute an assigned business focus area through planning, drive results by performing Leader on Duty supervisor responsibilities, and respond to customer concerns with appropriate resolution. Coach the team on service standards, utilize feedback to identify opportunities, and build loyalty through company-sponsored programs. Model omni-channel experience, support asset protection, and raise performance concerns to the Store Manager. Requires a positive mindset, proficiency in Outlook and Excel, and availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Compensation ranges from $16.75 to $20.50 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED
- You can: Lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- You can: Stand or walk for extended periods of time; climb up and down a ladder
- Provide availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
