Sales Manager (Part Time)

Welcome customers with a warm greeting, provide assistance with product styles and benefits, and model service standards while coaching others. Lead an assigned business focus area through planning, execute Leader on Duty responsibilities, and respond to customer concerns with appropriate resolution. Utilize feedback to identify opportunities, build loyalty through sponsored programs, and raise performance concerns to the Store Manager. Support the team with asset protection, safety awareness, and operational controls. Maintain a genuine customer focus and foster a positive, inclusive environment. This part-time role requires availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
