Job Summary
Conduct daily sales floor operations by welcoming customers, assisting with product styles and benefits, and modeling service standards. Lead assigned business focus areas through planning, execute Leader on Duty supervisor responsibilities, and drive results by responding to customer concerns. Foster a positive, inclusive environment while coaching the team on omni-channel experience, utilizing feedback to identify opportunities and build loyalty through sponsored programs. Provide consistent performance feedback, support asset protection through safety awareness, and maintain operational controls. Requires availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED
- You can: Lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- You can: Stand or walk for extended periods of time; climb up and down a ladder
- Provide availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
