Job Summary
Conduct daily customer service and sales support on the sales floor, acting as the first point of contact for families to guide them through product styles, features, and benefits from preemie to size 14. Lead and execute assigned business focus areas through detailed planning, while performing Leader on Duty supervisor responsibilities to drive results and address customer concerns. Model service standards and omni-channel experiences, coaching the team on performance and utilizing feedback to identify improvement opportunities. Build customer loyalty through sponsored programs and maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for both employees and shoppers. This part-time role requires availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with a high school diploma or GED required.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED
- You can: Lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- You can: Stand or walk for extended periods of time; climb up and down a ladder
- Provide availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
