Job Summary
Welcome customers with a warm greeting, model service standards, and provide assistance with product styles and benefits. Become a product and brand expert to help families navigate every moment from preemie to size 14. Lead and execute an assigned business focus area through detailed planning and follow-through. Perform Leader on Duty supervisor responsibilities by driving results, responding to customer concerns, and coaching the store team. Utilize customer feedback to identify opportunities and build loyalty through company-sponsored programs. Provide consistent feedback to the store team and support Asset Protection through safety awareness and operational controls.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED
- You can: Lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- You can: Stand or walk for extended periods of time; climb up and down a ladder
- Provide availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
